Shipping Policy

 

Countries We Ship To: Currently, we only support shipping to the United States of America. Please note that we do not support PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Shipping Origin: All orders to the United States are shipped from our warehouse within the United States.

Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer free FedEx or UPS shipping for all orders shipping to the contiguous US.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your package. If you encounter any issues with tracking or if your tracking number isn't updating, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@mamnvstore.com , and we will provide you with the necessary information.

Order Processing Time: Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2 pm will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2 pm will be guaranteed to be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed between 4 pm and 5 pm on Friday will be processed starting from the following Monday. We strive to expedite order processing and shipment by arranging products in advance from our local US warehouse.

Estimated Shipping Time: Anticipate a delivery time of 2-5 business days for your order. Please note that packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends and local public holidays. Delays may occur due to external factors such as extreme weather conditions or technical failures.

Undelivered Packages: If the shipping service provider confirms that your package has been delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact both the service provider and Mamnv as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving this issue promptly.

Shipping to PO Boxes: We regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping to PO boxes due to package size restrictions.

Changing Shipping Address After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipment once the product is en route.

Changing Ordered Items: Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or their quantity. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately to cancel the incorrect order. Subsequently, you can place a new order for your desired items on our website at your convenience.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. We will promptly process your cancellation request and notify you via email. If your order has already been shipped, we will contact our courier to have the package returned to our warehouse. Within 2-3 business days of receiving your order back, we will process a full refund to your account if it was prepaid and notify you via email.

Not Received Your Order: Within 1-2 working days after placing a successfully placed order, you should receive a tracking number from our courier. If you haven't received your UPS Tracking Number, please contact us, and we will investigate promptly. If you have a tracking number but haven't received your order, we recommend contacting your local FedEx or UPS Office for more accurate delivery information.

Split Shipments: If your order contains different products, it may be split into multiple shipments and shipped at varied times. We cannot combine shipments due to different processing times and shipping locations. Individual boxes may be transported and arrive separately. You'll receive a shipping notification for each shipment in your order.
